SHIPPING POLICY
Allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders shipped with priority mail do not have a guaranteed delivery date.
Larger ‘Home’ items may require special arrangement with you to ensure safe arrival, thus may be exempt from any free shipping promotions.

Although we do ship internationally, keep in mind international orders are subject to generally higher shipping rates compared to domestic orders. International orders may also be subject to additional fees (import taxes, custom fees, etc.) and are the responsibility of the customer. If you are interested in shipping internationally, contact us at hello@theanchoredcollective.com with the item(s) and requested shipping information.
There may be delays to the delivery of your orders due to weather, holidays or issues beyond our control.
Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Shipping will be refunded if your package is deemed destroyed by the designated postal service.
Certain shipping restrictions may apply. We will be in close touch regarding any shipping circumstances that require additional attention or information.
If you believe your shipping address was incorrect immediately after placing your order, email hello@theanchoredcollective.com with ‘Shipping Change’ in the subject line and we will do our best to correct it before your order is shipped. We are unable to intercept or reroute packages once in transit.
If the address you provide is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage fees incurred. If your package is returned to Anchored, you will receive an email notifying you. The customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. The customer has 7 days to respond to the email, otherwise a return will be processed for store credit.
PICK-UP
Online orders can be arranged for pick-up if local to the Harlan, Iowa area. Select ‘Harlan, Iowa Pick-Up’ in the shipping options at checkout. Once the order is fulfilled you will receive an email stating your order is ready for pick up.
From the day of your fulfillment email, customers have 7 days to pick up their order. After the 7 days, the order will be processed as a return for online store credit.
